Public Works Committee

PLEASE NOTE:

When making a submission to a Public Works Committee Inquiry, all submissions become Committee documents and are published by resolution of the Committee. Persons making submissions must not release them without the approval of the Committee.  Submissions are protected by parliamentary privilege but the unauthorised release of them is not. The Committee is unable to take confidential submissions. The Committee encourages the lodgement of submissions in electronic form.  Submissions must contain the name, phone number, and email address of the submitter, and clearly indicate which specific Inquiry the submission relates to.
